Defending the Woodland Base
Your role is guardian of a forest outpost under alien siege. The objective is to survive as many attack waves as possible. Each wave brings different enemy compositions and frequency, so you must adapt your defensive layout and resource spending. The forest map includes natural cover and chokepoints that can be used to slow or funnel attackers, but these advantages require positioning and timing.
Supply Runs and Risk Management
Abandoned houses scattered across the forest hold useful items and supplies. Searching them is a core part of the loop, but leaving the base unguarded creates risk. Found items can boost resistance to alien forces, provide defensive tools, or grant temporary power-ups. Deciding when to search and when to stay and reinforce is the central tension of each session.
Flag Signals and AI Coordination
A distinctive mechanic is the ability to raise a flag. This action signals computer-controlled allies to concentrate their efforts at a specific point, helping prevent the base from being overwhelmed. The flag acts as a focal point for defense, encouraging players to think about positioning and timing rather than only reacting to threats. Working effectively with AI teammates improves with map awareness and practice.
Wave Survival and Escalation
Alien enemies arrive in distinct waves. Early waves may be manageable with basic supplies, but later waves demand careful resource management and precise coordination. Survival is measured by how many waves you withstand, making each session a test of endurance and strategic thinking. The browser-based format and keyboard-and-mouse controls keep the experience accessible without downloads.
